Welcome to Starnov Villa Pool Bar & Live Music, operated by PT Starnov Asia Cakrawala. By booking and staying at our villa, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or full prepayment.

• The villa reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on seasons, promotions, or special events.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

3. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

• All bookings are strictly non-refundable.

• Cancellations made at any time, as well as no-shows or early check-outs, are not eligible for refunds.

• Guests are allowed to reschedule their booking one (1) time only, subject to availability and approval by management.

• Any reschedule request must be made at least 72 hours before the original check-in date.

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government regulations, or events beyond our control), management may offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The villa is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Any damages to villa property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas.

5. Facilities & Services

• Use of the swimming pool, bar, and live music areas is subject to villa rules and regulations.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the villa premises unless permitted by management.

6. Liability & Disputes

• The villa is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the stay.

• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia.
