Welcome to Starnov Villa Pool Bar & Live Music, operated by PT Starnov Asia Cakrawala. By booking and staying at our hotel, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Payments

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or full prepayment.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on seasons, promotions, or special events.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Any damages to the hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas.

5. Facilities & Services

Use of the swimming pool, bar, and live music areas is subject to hotel rules and regulations.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the hotel premises unless permitted by management.

6. Liability & Disputes

The hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the stay.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia.
