Please note that all bookings and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, in order to maintain operational efficiency and ensure service consistency.

2. Non-Refundable Terms
All confirmed bookings, including but not limited to room reservations, event bookings, dining packages, and any additional services, are strictly non-refundable.
This applies to:

• Guest-initiated cancellations at any time.

• No-shows.

• Early check-outs.

• Special offers or promotional rates.

3. Amendments
Any request for date changes or booking modifications will be subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.

4. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, management reserves the right to offer alternative solutions such as rescheduling, subject to availability. However, monetary refunds will not be issued.
