1. General Policy At Starnov Villa Pool Bar & Live Music, operated by PT Starnov Asia Cakrawala, we strive to provide excellent service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring our operations run smoothly.

2. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

• Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the booking.

4. Non-Refundable Payments The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

• Special promotional rates and discounted bookings.

• Early check-out requests once the stay has commenced.

• Additional services purchased during the stay.

5. Force Majeure In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
